Penny Hunking is our nutritional expert. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Sports and Exercise Nutritionist and Registered Public Health Nutritionist (RPHNutr).

She has written, researched and talked to about virtually every aspect of diet, weight management and exercise.
